Work can start on the basis of a digital application form but the original must be mailed at the same time.

  • A copy of the passports, certified by an international bank, notary public or embassy, for all those individuals who will be guarantor members, shareholders, beneficial owners and/or directors of the company.
  • Two forms of proof of address, dated within the last three months, for all persons listed within the application form are required. Typically this would be a credit card, bank statement or utility bill.
  • A CV and a letter of introduction from a bank, law firm or accountant on all persons listed within the application form, sufficiently detailed to give background information on their source of wealth. As requirements vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, please contact us regarding exact requirements.
